Sally Russell, Human Resources Manager
Sally has a son who has played video games from age 3, and he continues to play them today. His girl friend beat him the first time they played. She suspects that is why they ended up together. This is all by way of saying it is not in her blood to play video games. She was addicted to coin-op PacMan in the last 70's but that is it. She is intrigued by "The Act". Sally suspects that she may be part of the target audience who does not YET play video games. She likes the idea of characters emoting, and is intrigued by the human dynamics of the game.
Sally is the Human Resources (HR) Manager for Cecropia and works 1/2 time. HR and Training are what she has been doing for the last 15 years, after she gave up her "technical" skills of computer programming. The other 1/2 of her work time is spent training managers in how to be better managers. Yes, in general, that is a challenge. She has lots of non-work activities; knitting, quilting, walking, volunteering at her local Unitarian Universalist Church, family and friends. She describes herself as a textile artist, and is in awe of the talent that she works with at Cecropia.
She has 2 children, Chris, the one mentioned above and a daughter, Bethany. Other family members are Rod, her husband, a chocolate lab, Qammi and a 16.2 hand Bay Roan horse named Autumn. Bethany and Rod ride him, she watches.
