Anthony Michaels, Senior Animator / Sequence Director
At the age of five, Anthony and his family went to see a showing of 101 Dalmatians, and after being transfixed by the real life movement of the characters, Anthony knew what he wanted to do with his life. After attending the Ringling School of Art and Design, his dream of animating was finally realized.
During his years at Walt Disney Feature Animation, Anthony has worked on such features and characters as "Belle" in the Beauty and the Beast, "Aladdin" from Aladdin, "Powhatan" on Pocahontas, "Mulan" from Mulan, "Nani" in Lilo and Stitch, and was the lead on "Sitka" the older brother from Brother Bear. Anthony has worked on the video game "Aladdin" and co-directed "The Lion King" video game.
In his spare time Anthony is a philanthropist for animal causes. He also enjoys reading about philosophy, creating photo montages, developing and directing commercials, working out, and listening to various music. He is also an avid Tennessee Volunteer football fan. Go Big Orange!
