Donna J. W. Griffiths, CPA
Donna has 15+ years in the software industry as a financial type and many more as a parent..she's not sure which has given more gray hair. She's found that growing a company and raising a family have a lot in common -- they both need strong parent figures.
Cecropia is Donna's first video game company, but not her first startup. During the high tech boom of the 90's, she managed the purse strings for a variety of startups, from a too complicated to explain, fluid flow simulation firm to several instant messaging companies. She's a CPA who likes to get involved with more than just the financial aspects of the companies she works with. For the past several years, she has had her own accounting services firm, working with small companies like Cecropia.
Why Donna became a CPA, is a little unclear though, because what she really likes is art. During her spare time, she makes handmade paper and has sold handmade greeting cards at several local gift shops.
